Currently reading: been on and off on native American mythology, although right now that book is like...with a family member. Interesting book, I really need to finish it. I tend to read more mystery/horror books.

What time does good omens season 2 come out in the UK. Some people are saying 7am and some 8am and idk what time to set my alarm.

Might just pull an all nighter just in case. But I kind of love my sleep so it would be good to know so I’m not eeepy.

Why not set your alarm for 6 am and then take a walk and have some breakfast. Check in at 7 and if Good Omens is up, watch it, and if not go for another walk because you may be sitting for the next 5 hours.

Session summary!

Gang went to investigate an old church where a supposed "Nightmare demon" lived. It would put people to sleep if they stood in the light of the stained glass, which resulted in the comedic looney tunes ass moment of, Blythe starting to fall asleep from examining the glass, Raha seeing her and dashing to gallantly catch her...only to walk through the light and get knocked out cold

Upon which, Eirwen heard Arameia scream his name, and ran to help. Also stepping into the light.

Eventually the entire gang succumbed to eeepy time and each had to go through their separate nightmares... Eirwen being abandoned by the party for being "too much" and getting captured by Sharrians, Arameia becoming a beast during a full moon and killing the party & her foster father, Lorelai failing to control her hunger while feeding from Arameia and draining her, only to have Raha call her a beast and put her down....Raha &Blythe actually were in the same dream, as his nightmare is being utterly powerless & unable to do anything - Hence Theta easily dominated him and had him sit and watch Blythe's transformation into a Hag, and ugly beast. In his nightmare, having him turn around and leave, completely under her command as he's trapped inside a body that won't listen, forced to wander the woods in circles.

Blythe's version ended a little differently. He didn't get to walk away in hers. He got smithereened. & Now she has no where to go but inside Theta's cabin...to do exactly as she wanted

Anyway through out all this we had to roll to see if our characters succumbed to the nightmare or could realize what was happening and awaken*. They all except Eirwen rolled bad and had to be magically cured.

*Raha actually knew he was in a nightmare due to retaining his monster knowledge & being a monster-hunter. That being said, it added to the nightmare of being utterly powerless and trapped inside his own body. Just because he knows its a nightmare, he couldn't shake himself out of it.

Gang got rezzed by Eirwen and priests and we kicked a demon out to it's own plane yipee! Except now we're all Haunted.

Arameia in particular is very sad about Lorelai not wanting to feed directly from anyone anymore (It was supposed to be sexy)

And Blythe reassured her that she would win. She'd simply win. Don't worry about it.

Since it’s the Christmas season,do you have any headcanons about what Leon,Ada,and their children do for the holidays?

still hc that ada's birthday is in nov/dec but i will keep it vague on the date

but they tend to celebrate the holidays because of the kiddos

even if they're homeschooled for the first while or something, they do see things like christmas and santa and want to know more about it

they both let their kids think that santa's real until leon slips up or something lmao

ada's a HUGE GIFTER has the most gifts underneath the christmas tree for leon and the girls

but also leon makes an effort to put things in ada's stocking

but also feel like she'd want them to take a family vacation (or one with just her and leon)

leon moreso humble gifts or things that he thinks that ada or the girls will enjoy more than useful

leon and the girls wake up early to make breakfast in bed for ada for her birthday heheehehe

they decorate the tree!!! leon wants a real tree, but ada's okay with a fake one, mostly because there's no chance of bugs lmao

the girls have a sugar high from the first time they have hot chocolate and marshmallows

they also have tummy aches afterwards lmao

leon does the cooking and baking!! he makes the pancakes in the morning and christmas cookies and does the turkey and stuff!

leon's good at stuffing :)

leon gets ada a pearl necklace for christmas (yes both kinds)

i see ada in her 40s for this au so i see her liking more elegant looking attire for the holidays. but she'll be happy to wear red more also (but they also force her into red antler headbands and christmas looking cringe shit)

leon's in all of the christmas cringe

the twins force their parents to kiss under the mistletoe (they will regret this and will be subjected to their parents affection for the rest of their lives jkdbfskjf)

girls don't share their presents unless it's specifically one that can be shared at the same time. they do spoil them and get them two so they don't fight

helena comes over for the holidays every year with presents for everyone hehe. leon maybe something dumb like a sweater or a wallet. ada something fancy she's wanted. the girls get one educational toy and one fun one each.

yeah i'm alright, uh.

it doesnt sound that bad but one of my ma's chickens died, and it was one of my favorites so it really rocked me. my brother found her dead in the coop, covered in ants, and i was makin dinner and my mom comes in in the middle of me chopping an onion and goes 'rolo's dead.' and leaves. she was so nonchalant abt it all and acted like literally nothing happened for the rest of the day, and told me off for not talking to her because i went nonverbal bevause my fukcing chicken just died but its fine.

and my dad kept butting in on my cooking even though ive made that dish a million times before, and then he decided to sit on the couch and watch some video abt trump on FULL FUKVING VOLUME it was so gotdamn annoying but its finee. i totally didnt have a meltdown. its all fine.
